SIGNATURE AUTOSPORTS OFF-ROAD GEAR WARRANTY
All new parts and accessories sold by Signature Autosports are covered by a ONE YEAR unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturer defects unless specified otherwise. This warranty ONLY covers the part itself. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FINISH, DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME OFF-ROAD USE, MISUSE, PRODUCTS USED IN COMPETITION OR RACING, OR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN ABUSED OR NEGLECTED. Shipping charges will also be covered if the defect is reported within the first 30 days after delivery. Signature Autosports is not responsible for any labor or other charges associated with defective products.
SIGNATURE AUTOSPORTS OFF-ROAD GEAR RETURN POLICY
To return a part to Signature Autosports, you MUST complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Form. Please email returns.signatureautosports@gmail.com to receive an RMA# Form. If your return is due to a Signature Autosports error or the parts were damaged in shipping, return shipping is free, but must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE if you receive a package from Signature Autosports and it appears DAMAGED.
Painted, modified, or otherwise altered items are INELIGIBLE for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for part fitment, accuracy, damage, etc. BEFORE painting or modifying the part.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. The original sales invoice must accompany the return. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, except Special Order Parts* ordered per customer request.
* SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, and depending on the item, a deposit may be required when ordering.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be completely processed before contacting us for the status of your return.
